From Portland (45 miles east of Portland at the base of Mt Hood): Go East on Hwy 26 toward Mt. Hood, through Gresham and Sandy, Oregon. Continue on Hwy 26 to the traffic signal in Welches, Oregon. Turn right (South) onto Welches Road. Go 8/10ths of a mile (pass The Resort at the Mountain) and turn right on Woodruff Way (look for the Whispering Woods sign). Go to the end of Woodruff Way and turn left on Nicklaus Way. Look for the Whispering Woods II sign, turn left into the driveway and check in at the Clubhouse.
