Island Manor Resort Exterior
Block Island is located about twelve miles off the Rhode Island coast. To reach the island you must take a ferry or a small plane. Once you arrive, you will be overwhelmed by the islands elegant beauty and small town charm. Activities include biking, parasailing, hiking on the many nature trails and beaches, sunbathing, kayaking, shopping, horseback & moped riding. A car is not always necessary due to the small size of the island (seven miles by three miles).

The Island Manor Resort features both Studio and One Bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens. Gas and charcoal barbecue grills with picnic tables are available for your enjoyment, as well as a playground area for the children. Dine out at one of the Island’s many fine restaurants, or enjoy a meal prepared right in the privacy of your own suite.

Resort Policies
Sorry, no pets. Advance deposit or credit card guarantee due at booking. Deposits are not refundable if reservation is cancelled:
In Season Cancellation
30 Days in Advance or More = 100% of Deposit
14 - 29 Days in Advance = 50% of Deposit
0 - 14 Days in Advance = No Refund
Off Season Cancellation:
72 hours in advance of scheduled arrival date or forfeit one night room and tax charge.
Occupancy limits strictly enforced. Check in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Must be at least 21 years of age to check in.

Island Manor is located on Chapel Street, which is adjacent to the main street of town (Water St). Resort is about a 5-minute walk from the Point Judith Ferry landing in town and about 20 minutes on foot from the local airport.
