Power has been restored and the Landing continues the necessary clean up and repair work following the damage done by Hurricane Ike. Carpet has been removed and is scheduled for replacement in all the one bedroom units and in some of the two bedroom units. Some furniture is also being replaced. Repairs are complete on sheetrock damage. Drapes and bedding are being professionally cleaned. Exterior damage is to be addressed as soon as contractors are available. It is anticipated that owners and guests will be allowed back on property in early December, but we remain hopeful to open the doors by Thanksgiving.
